The most beautiful cottage. Perfect for dog owners. The owners couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful location and the drying cupboard is a fantastic idea for walkers. Would recommend to anyone!

An absolutely stunning place to stay that couldn't be more dog friendly! Perfect location with walks right from the front door and a short drive to some of the more famous walks (Monsal Trail etc.). Lynn and her husband Gordon have really thought of everything to make your trip away with your furry friends as easy as possible. The treats on arrival were much appreciated and the drying cupboard is such a fabulous idea for drying out boots and dog coats! Loved the fire in the evenings, made the barn feel so cosy. A wonderful time had in this beautiful barn conversion. Really appreciated all the little extra touches. Everything has been so carefully thought out and provided! A great base. Handy being able to walk in to the village. Enjoyed the Fountain Tea Rooms. Weatherwise we've experienced everything - glorious sun, snow, ice, fog, drizzle and dry. So we've toured about Ashbourne, Buxton, Tissington, Matlock, Bakewell and eaten lots of cake. Lovely to return here at the end of the day - Thank you! Great info books too :)

An amazing cottage with no detail, however small, overlooked. What you have done with the space is very special and we have loved a very relaxing long weekend here. We had a lovely break at this cottage. What has been done with the space is amazing and every little detail has been thought out and it is perfect for dogs whatever the weather.
It didnât take long before Cookie đ¶ felt at home as you can see from the photo attached and when your boyfriend says âyou know itâs been good when youâre gutted to leaveâ you know that youâve had a lovely time!
Lynn is a wonderful host and always on hand should you need anything, the little touches when you arrive are very thoughtful and tasty đ

A lovely cottage, beautifully furnished and cosy :). We've had a lovely relaxing mini break. Thank you for our treats (especially the dog biscuits) and such a lovely welcome and care and attention to make sure we were okay. Bonsall is a quiet, relaxed place and suited our stay perfectly. We loved all the dog friendly touches that show you truly understand how to make somewhere a dog holiday :)

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bailey's Barn. Lovely Christmas feel. Lovely barn. Great Location. Very friendly doggy welcome. Both Jade and Max enjoyed treats and lovely walks. Fabulous cottage! We couldnât have asked for a better long weekend - Lynn made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble (Missy and Rosie loved their treats as did we!). Fountain Tea Rooms food is great and the village is a lovely place for a wander round.

We have really enjoyed our week in Bailey's Barn. For us it was a trip down memory lane and you have provided everything we needed to enjoy this trip. We really appreciated the meal and wine waiting for us after a long and tiring journey. We have really loved our stay here and one day hope to return. Mollie and Penny also enjoyed their goodies!

A really lovely place to stay , even in bad weather . Loads to do in the area . Walks from the door . Very convenient public transport . A great cafe in the village with a deli/shop at the rear . But best of all , the barn itself . The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. We definitely recommend !

Perfect accommodation! Next time we will order better weather. However we still found plenty to do. Great to have the option of buses, and the train from Cromford instead of using the car. Very good lunch in the Fountain Café! (dog friendly). Also The Boat Inn at Cromford, open fire, food and welcoming staff.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely, friendly village. Location is excellent for local attractions and walking. The cottage is extremely dog friendly and the owners are just great!

The barn is excellent - can't fault it. Thank you Lynn for the welcome pack and Lucy's treats. We had the lovely sunny, warm days. Will definitely be back when next in this area. Highly recommendable.
Spotlessly clean throughout, very well equipped, comfortable large bed, good size bathroom/shower, decent size TV, off road parking area, enclosed garden(for dog). Owner Lynn is so very friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble. Welcome pack appreciated. Would definitely recommend Bailey's Barn.

What a fantastic place to stay - we couldn't of hoped for a more perfect spot. Lynn was an amazing host and clearly passionate about making sure you have all you need. She clearly loves animals too so our dog was very excited too and welcomed with treats on arrival ( and the owners !!) Beautiful cottage and location and would definitely recommend.

We've had such a lovely week in Bailey's Barn - itâs a fantastic base for the entire Peak District. You've thought of everything in the barn - it's great! Although we'd love to return. We're hoping to move here permanently in the coming months, but will definitely be recommending to others, thank you! Lovely cottage, well though-out and great to sit out with a coffee (or glass of wine) and appreciate the outdoors. Lovely village with great breakfast at The Fountain and good beer at The Barley Mow. So many walks but walk to Winster was good. Dogs loved it and are going home for a rest!

Lovely space, well thought out with every inch utilised. Very functional, lots to see and do on Carnival Week. Lovely people in the village and the countryside was amazing to explore. We walked out socks off and are going home to rest for the weekend.

Brilliant Baileys barn.
We had two fantastic nights in Baileys barn. It was very comfortable, and well equipped. The location was rural and quiet (perfect for us). Lynn and Gordon have done a really professional job in the renovation of the property. We would rate this property in the top 5 of our favourite places to stay. Canât wait to go back.

Bailey's Barn is stunning! Everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Peaks. Kiera, Cookie and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time exploring Derbyshire. Lovely hosts, lovely weather (though I was hoping for it to be cooler so that I could try the log burner!) What more could you ask for? Would highly recommend a stay at Bailey's Barn.

We stayed at Bailey's Barn for just over a week and what a treat it was. Peace and tranquility but just 5 minutes into the buzz of village life. Bailey's Barn was perfect, we could not fault the accommodation and the exquisite artwork.
Lynn and Gordon were perfect hosts, happy to help or advise on sight seeing tips in the local area. Thank you both we have already recommended to our family and friends and hope to see you very soon.

Well, what can I say? Bailey's Barn is just amazing...from the beautifully tasteful finishing touches to the more practical features, I honestly can't fault anything. The hosts were so helpful and friendly, always there or just a phone call away if needed. We had our dog with us and she had the pleasure of meeting and playing with "Bailey"... Safe to say they are best pals now!!
Everything has been thought out to make this a truly great place for 2 & 4 legged alike, a memorable holiday in an immaculate converted barn.We were blessed by amazing weather, but Bailey's Barn is kitted out even for the less favourable British weather.
A much appreciated touch was the personalised welcome pack for both us and our dog.
Little things that make a big difference!
Thanks again for our wonderful stay. We'll be back at the first opportunity.
